Question:

Questions about RV Trim. On this trim replacement items, dont know which product is the best, very best, lasting, to get. My exposed trim is 1/2 plus the part in the channel. Photos available upon request. The damaged trim is channeled on my slide outs. Front and rear trim seems to be ok at this time. Please send me links or link to the best product to us. Have 2 slide outs and figure will need about 60 feet of trim material. Thanks for your support. JR

Thanks for the information JR and welcome back. There's a couple of options to replace the insert trim on your trailer, I recommend pulling a section of it out of the channel and measuring it's width. 1/2" exposed could me 3/4" wide or 1" wide depending on the size of the channel.

For 3/4" wide trim, I recommend the Camco RV Vinyl Trim Insert item # CAM25272 in black or item # CAM25242 in colonial white. These are 100' long x 3/4" wide rolls of insertable vinyl trim.

For 1" wide trim, I recommend the Camco RV Vinyl Trim Insert item # CAM25312-10 in black or item # CAM25202 in white. These are also 100' long x 1" wide rolls of insertable vinyl trim.

Purchasing a 100' long roll of trim is going to be the best way to get 60' of it. Trim comes in 25', 50', and 100' long rolls and the 100' long rolls are more affordable than buying a 25' and 50'. Plus you'll have extra when you inevitable need more down the road.
