Yes, you can use the Kuat Alpha bike rack # B202-114 with the Curt trailer hitch # C12341 on your 2013 Toyota Venza. I have linked a video review of this rack for you. It is an excellent choice since the rack weighs so little, only about 13 pounds!
Curt does require the use of a stabilization strap, # 18050, for non-trailer loads when using the hitch with a bike rack to be in compliance with their warranty. I have linked a video showing how you might mount the strap.
