Thanks for the information AJ and welcome back. To replace your Jayco's factory pin box, I recommend the Gen-Y Torsion-Flex 5th Wheel King Pin Box item # GY82SB. This pin box fits a Rhino pin box bolt pattern and works with trailers weighing up to 30,000 lbs with a tongue weight up to 6,500 lbs.

The Gen-Y Torsion-Flex 5th Wheel King Pin Box item # GY82SB has Torsion Flex technology that works similar to torsion axles. It's designed to isolate your truck from the trailer to prevent road shock from transferring to you truck. This helps reduce chucking and bouncing.

I saw you were looking at gooseneck pin boxes as well. If you're interested in converting over to a gooseneck style of connection and getting ride of that 5th wheel hitch, I strongly recommend the B&W 5th Wheel to Gooseneck Pin Box item # BW23RV or item # BW55RV. These pin boxes are designed to fit the Curt or Lippert Rhino Box bolt pattern. They work with trailers weighing up to 25,000 lbs.
