Will this fan fit the older V2280-5? This is a incandescent Light bathroom fan. Is there a warranty on this part and how long.

The fan motor I purchased fit fine the power connector as well. The housing on my unit is brittle from age. As I was removing the old part I felt some cracking of the plastic. Proceed with caution removing the old part.
