Question:

On a 2027 Subaru Outback with factory crossbars will the Thule Topride roof bike rack fit without modifications? Also will this rack also fit on a 2015 Toyota Rav with factory crossbars ?

Welcome back Wayne. The Thule TopRide Roof Bike Rack item # TH75JV is designed to work with factory crossbars so long as they're no larger than 3-1/2" wide x 1-1/2" thick. It also has the ability to mount in accessory tracks with the included T-slot hardware. Your crossbars will need to be spaced 18" - 36" apart.

I recommend taking some measurements of your Subaru and RAV4's factory crossbars to confirm they're within those dimensions or have accessory tracks. We don't get information on factory roof racks from the manufacturer's so this is the most accurate way to confirm compatibility.

The TopRide Bike Rack item # TH75JV has a 40 lbs bike capacity and works with tires up to 3" wide. The bike rack itself weighs only 7.7 lbs.
