Hey Christopher! The Dylux RV AC # DY87FR you were looking at is a great option with a built-in heat pump, but it is designed for ductless systems. As far as I know your 2013 Winnebago Minnie Winnie has a ducted AC setup, so you'll need a different system. For a ducted setup with a heat pump, I recommend the Furrion Chill Cube. We have the following options:
-Furrion Chill Cube RV AC w/ Heat Pump - Ducted - 18K Btu - White - R32 # FR67TQ
-Furrion Chill Cube RV AC w/ Heat Pump - Ducted - 18K Btu - Black - R32 # FR97TQ
These are 18,000 Btu units, so you'll also be getting a nice upgrade in cooling capacity over your current 13,500 Btu Advent. It may seem like overkill, but the Chill Cube uses a variable speed compressor so it won't be constantly cycling despite the higher capacity. It also uses significantly less power, and is incredibly quiet.
If you would rather save some money and stick with Advent, we also have their newer 13,500 and 15,500 Btu systems available. You can choose from the following:
-Advent Air RV AC System - 13,500 Btu - Single Zone - Ducted - White # ADV87QR
-Advent Air RV AC System - 13,500 Btu - Single Zone - Ducted - Black # ADV59QR
-Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - 15,500 Btu - Single Zone - Ducted - White # ADV99QR
-Advent Air RV Air Conditioner System - 15,500 Btu - Single Zone - Ducted - Black # ADV69QR
The Advent systems don't have a heat pump, but you can add the 5,000 Btu Electric Heat Strip # ADV34QR for supplemental heat. You can also add the Bluetooth Remote # ADV67QR so you can control the AC without having to use the wall thermostat.
Where are you headed next once you get your AC replaced?
