I have a 1996 Ranger extra cab. Do theses fit the extra cab? What is overall length?

Hi Rob,

The Westin Signature Series Round Nerf Bars part # 25-0565 are intended for the 1996 Ford Ranger with a regular cab, so they won't work with your extra cab. From what information I could find, the overall length of these Westin nerf bars is 57.9" long. However, I wouldn't recommend trying to make them fit because the mounting hardware then comes with these is specific to the make and model of the truck. You'd have to drill and make modifications to make the brackets fit which would void the warranty.

Instead, I suggest using the Aries Round Nerf Bars part # AA203003. The Aries nerf bars are extremely similar to the Westin bars, they're both black, 3" diameter steel bars with an integrated non-slip step pad. The ends are sealed and curved to protect from any grime or moisture getting inside the tubes. And the mounting hardware will bolt right to your truck without any modification needed.
