Does Ark ARK46FR Replace Battery Monitor And Shunt

Question:
Looking to clean up the electrical system in my enclosed trailer and I'm interested in this Ark setup. I was planning on installing a separate battery monitor and shunt. Does the ARK46FR already handle battery monitoring or would I still need those?

Hey Eric! You won't need to add a separate shunt with the Ark DC-DC Battery Charger # ARK46FR since it already has a 500 amp smart shunt built into the system. It also has Wi-Fi monitoring so you can keep track of the system without adding another standalone battery monitor and shunt.
What kind of battery setup do you have in the trailer?
