Question:

I just need to replace the roll pins for the gears in the ram 12,000 series square trailer Jack. One of my pins broke and I rigged it up with a bolt but I would like to replace it with the original pin. Can you tell me what size they are?

Hi Thomas,

From what information I could find, the roll pins are 1/4" in diameter and 1 1/4"long.

We don't have just the roll pins available, but we do have a whole repair kit for the etrailer and Ram 12K series jacks, which is the Replacement Sidewind Gear Kit for etrailer and Ram Square, Direct Weld Jacks - 10,000 lbs Part # TJD-12000-GR. It contains the replacement gears and roll pins for your Ram 12K series jack, even though you many not need the gears now, it'll be good to have them on hand just in case.

What kind of trailer is your Ram 12K series jack on?
