Hey Randy,
For the Tow Smart Trailer Hitch part # TS79ZR the 1/2 GR5 fasteners (hex nuts) should be tightened to 75 ft-lbs per the instructions. We didn't have the instructions linked on our site, but I found them on Tow Smart's website, and I've linked them below for you!
