Hey Phil.
Based off the measurements you took it looks like # 10-42 is the right fit. The measurements for grease seals are very specific and typically taken with a digital micrometer, 2.322" OD for example. However, there is a tiny bit of room assuming your measurements are approximations. The Grease Seal for Dexter 2.8k Axles # 10-42 is a good match for you, they come individually so you will need to add 4. They are ID 1.750", OD 2.322", extremely close to what you provided. I do recommend verifying these dimensions on your trailer with a digital micrometer beforehand.
Do you get the boat out pretty regularly, or are you getting the trailer ready for an upcoming trip?
