Hey Stephen!
For your Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH903202, I recommend the Yakima StraightShot Hitch Extension # Y69VR. This is the shortest hitch extension we offer, so it will give you the extra clearance you need without pushing the bike rack any farther away from the Jeep than necessary.
Before ordering it, I recommend measuring from the center of the hitch pin hole on your 2025 Jeep Wrangler straight back to the outermost edge of the spare tire. That measurement will tell us exactly how much clearance you need, since spare tire sizes and wheel offsets can vary even on factory setups.
The bigger consideration is weight capacity. Using a hitch extension reduces the hitch's tongue weight capacity by 50%. If your factory hitch is rated for 350 lbs of tongue weight, that drops to 175 lbs with the extension installed. Your two e-bikes weigh 110 lbs combined and the EasyFold XT weighs about 45 lbs, putting you around 155 lbs before accounting for the weight of the extension itself. That leaves very little capacity to spare, so I would want to verify the rating of your exact hitch and your clearance measurement before saying this is the best setup.
Also, because your backup camera is mounted in the spare tire, the rack and bikes may partially block the camera when loaded.
Can you measure from the center of your hitch pin hole to the outer edge of the spare tire for me? That will let me confirm whether the # Y69VR gives you the clearance you need.
