Hey Charles, while the Pacer Performance Hi-Five LED Truck Cab Light Kit part # PP20-236 is a confirmed fit for your 2013 Ford F-350 Super Duty and is correct size lights to easily mount to your truck cab you would need to do some splicing to install them. I would call these more like a semi-custom fit as they will work great but it's not totally plug and play.
