Hello,are 5 on 5 hubs available for this set up? Do they make a version of this in 1200# set up? Thanks

If you were to get the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR2KHDS02 you would get almost the same system as the part # A12RS440 that you referenced minus the hubs, but also a 2,000 lb capacity. You would be able to pick a different hub to fit the spindle.
The correct hub you would want that would also give you a 5 on 5 inch bolt pattern would be the Trailer Hub Assembly # 84550UC1-EZ.
In the 1,200 lb capacity range there is no way to get the bolt pattern you want.
