Expert Reply:
Since your truck has a factory 4-Way connector at the rear of the vehicle you will need the Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole and 4 Pole, item # 37185, which is designed for the 1997 - 2008 Ford Expedition with factory 4-Flat. The connections for the brake feed, power and axillary functions will be on the forward side of a connector that is attached to the driver side frame rail above the spare tire. You will need to splice the needed connections into the wiring using a circuit tester, item # PTW2993, to find the correct circuit for each wire.
