Hey Jeff, the Buyers Products Hitch Plate with Bottom Channel for Ford Cab and Chassis # BP43SR is exactly what you are looking for. This has an extremely high towing capacity of 20k trailer weight and also fits all 1999 F-350 and newer cab and chassis trucks so it is correct fit as well. Then for a heavy duty pintle hook you will also need the Curt # C48215. What are you planning on towing?
