We bought the Kar Kaddy SS about two years ago. It is well made and tracks with our Motorhome on the road. Very solid and we really like the fact that it has lights, brakes and the tongue folds so it is easy to store or park it behind our motorhome when camping. The only issues we have is: 1) you need to get down on the ground to connect the safety chains under the car. I have become proficient getting down on the ground to connect the safety chairs, the die down straps (over the tires) are easy to install. The only issue I have with this dolly is you cannot back up with it in tow mode. Doing so locks up the steer wheels as you back up. That said with the steer wheels it really tracks very well when making turns. Side note, I purchased a set of wireless lights (with magnetic backing) that I place on the back of our tow car. This provides added lighting, turn, stop and emergency flashers. Overall, we like the tow dolly as we did not need to modify our toad. John
