Hey Elizabeth, we have pivoting hitch adapters that will work great but the Kuat # PVP20B is only rated for use with Kuat bike racks. Instead we have the Saris swing away adapter part # SAR36VR which will work with your 1UP rack and will give you ability ot access rear cargo area with bike racks loaded. What kind of bikes do you have?
