Thanks for the information Gordon. To add a set of air bags to your 2012 Chevy Silverado LTZ 1500, I recommend the Air Lift item # AL88204. Unfortunately, we do not carry shocks for your truck so I do not have a recommendation to offer you for those.
The Air Lift item # AL88204 has a 5,000 lbs capacity that will level out the rear end of your Silverado when you are towing a trailer or hauling a heavy load in the bed. The included mounting brackets are custom fit to install in predrilled holes and all hardware necessary to complete the installation is included.
The Air Lift item # AL88204 kit is designed specifically for 4WD models and is compatible with in bed hitch brackets for gooseneck and 5th wheel hitches.
I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
What do you typically tow or haul that has you looking to add air bags and new shocks to your Silverado? Feel free to answer this and throw in any other questions you have, where it says Add Comment.
