Hey David, thanks for reaching out. So, there is a hidden serial number, but not a hidden VIN in the sense of a second public VIN stamped somewhere on the dolly.

The official VIN is on the identification label attached to the left side of the Kar Kaddy SS frame. That's the VIN Demco uses for registration, warranty, and replacement parts.

In addition to that, Demco places a coded unit number on the chassis. It's intended for factory identification and isn't meant to replace the VIN. If your VIN label is missing or damaged, Demco can use that coded number to help identify the dolly. They don't publish the exact location, but they can walk you through finding it if needed.
