Question:
Hellwig Pro Series Helper Springs - Above Axle Part Number: HE39QR Hi, I am asking about this part. Does it come with just one spring or does it come in two? Sorry, I try looking and didnt find it. This will be for my 2016 Nissan NV3500, rear wheel drive. I plan to tow and also hopefully lift the back a little bit with this ad a spring. Thank you and hope to hear from you.

Thanks for reaching out Xay. The Hellwig Pro Series Helper Springs # HE39QR include a total of four spring leaves. Each side of the vehicle receives:
One longer main spring with the U-bolt cups, and
One shorter spring without the U-bolt cups.
During installation, the longer spring is stacked on top of the shorter spring, and both should be oriented with their long ends facing the same direction. Once installed on the vehicle, the longer ends should point toward the rear of the Nissan NV3500. I've included a couple of photos below that show the correct stacking and orientation of the springs.
The # HE39QR is the correct helper spring kit for your 2016 Nissan NV3500. It's designed to work alongside your factory leaf springs to help reduce rear-end sag and keep the vehicle more level when towing or carrying heavy loads. It is not intended to lift the vehicle above its factory ride height.
What are you planning to tow with your NV3500?
