Looking For Replacement Access Hatch Door For 2022 PrimeTime Crusader Lite 5th Wheel

Question:

I have a 2022 PrimeTime Crusader Lite 5th wheel. Model CSF28RL. I am looking for an access hatch door. I dont need the whole utility box, just the door part. Would you be able to help me with this? Or, let me know where would be a good source to find this part? I can send over pictures if helpful. VIN: 5ZT3CSTB1NG126801

Hey Kevin, thanks for reaching out. We do carry replacement hatch doors, so we may have what you need. There is no way to look up your camper using the year, make, model or VIN to know exactly which door you'll need though. RV manufacturers just aren't that specific with their online literature.

If you can tell me the brand of the hatch, as well as the dimensions of the door, that will be the best way to track down exactly what you need.

For example, the B&B RV Multi-Purpose Hatch # BM52MR is approximately 7-3/4" tall x 12-5/8" wide. It fits a 6" wide x 11" long cutout.

Does this match up with your hatch?

Hello Jesse - thank you for responding - yes, agreed that it is pretty tough sometimes to figure part issues out by the manuf literature! Kind of frustrating - I tried to see if there is a brand name but nothing is listed. I measured it and came to: Total outside dimensions of the whole fixture: 12 1/4" Length x 7 3/4" Height Total inside dimension (door dims): 11 1/4" Length x 5 3/4" Height I can email over pics if that would be helpful - just need an email address to send them to - thanks for the help, Kevin

@KevinW Hey Kevin. Yep you're right about the manuf literature thing, but hey, that's why I'm here. I'm not seeing we have a hatch that matched up exactly with the dimensions you provided, but the # BM52MR I mentioned above is very close at 12-5/8" x 7-3/4". That is a pretty standard size for these multi-purpose hatches. Any chance you could check the dimensions of your hatch cutout. It should be 11" x 6".

@JesseM - hey there - just to make sure - when you say hatch cutout - is that like the outside dimension of the whole frame? Or, the inside dimension of where the door would be. The door that I had locks at the bottom and swings up if that is helpful?

@KevinW The cutout would be the dimension of the hole in the wall of the camper that the frame fits into. Not the whole frame of just the door itself. And yes, the # BM52MR I mentioned locks at the bottom and swings up. I'd just want to make sure it fits into the hole in the wall.
