Looking for Way to Carry 26 inch Wheel Bike with Hanging Thule Bike Rack

Question:
I have a Thule bike rack that hold a 2 bikes. But the arms are to small. Probably for a 26” wheel. I need two replacements arms that will fit a 29er

Hey Christopher, we have adapters for this exact situation. What you will want is the Kuat adapter bar part # UB01. This will attach to the steering stem and seat post of your kids bike and then will provide a wider attachment bar for the bike rack to hold onto. See attached picture. What bike rack do you have?

The bar is adaptive to different bike sizes. It works well with my wife's step through bike. My own bike is similar size but because of the seat and handlebar configuration the bike doesn't sit level, but it still works fine. Without a lot more specifics it's hard to state exactly that it will work, but again, the bar is adaptive to different sizes and shapes. I'm guessing that a childs' bike would not typically be good here.
