I measured the opening under my old AC and it is about 14-1/4 inches square. Will I need to cut the roof any larger for this?

Hey Ronald! You will not need to modify the roof opening you have now. Your 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" measurement is the standard, and the Fogatti InstaCool systems will fit without any issue. We have the following available based on color and whether you'd like a heat pump:

Each of these is a complete system with the rooftop unit, air distribution box, and remote. The kit comes with everything you need for installation.
