Clarifying the Size of RecEnergy RV Roof EPDM Membrane PM66VR

Question:
I need some clarification on this part number PM66VR, it’s saying it’s a 400 foot roll, it’s not adding up to 400 foot. Please explain how this is a 400 foot roll. Thank you.

Hi Randy,
I can definitely see why that's confusing. The RecEnergy RV Roof EPDM Membrane, Part # PM66VR, is not a 400 foot long roll. The actual dimensions are 33 feet 4 inches long by 9 feet 6 inches wide, which covers approximately 316.7 square feet. My best guess is that the 400 foot reference comes from the manufacturer offering this material in larger bulk quantities for distributors or dealers, but the roll we sell is the 33 foot 4 inch length. If there's a specific listing or description where you saw the 400 foot measurement, feel free to send me a link or screenshot and I'd be happy to take a closer look.
