Question:
We spend summers traveling through Arizona and west Texas. Will this AC continue cooling when it is 105 to 110 degrees outside?

Hey Charles! Yes, the Fogatti InstaCool RV AC System is designed to provide cooling in outdoor temperatures up to 115°F so it will work in that Arizona and Texas heat. It was designed with that kind of summer travel and camping in mind. If you camp during the cooler months as well, the InstaCool is also available with a heat pump. We have the following available based on color:
-Fogatti InstaCool RV AC System - 18K Btu - Ducted or Non-Ducted - White # FG32VR
-Fogatti InstaCool RV AC System - 18K Btu - Ducted or Non-Ducted - Black # FG25VR
-Fogatti InstaCool RV AC w/ Heat Pump - 18K Btu - Ducted/Non-Ducted - White # FG85VR
-Fogatti InstaCool RV AC w/ Heat Pump - 18K Btu - Ducted/Non-Ducted - Black # FG72VR
Parking in the shade, extending the awning, and covering sunny windows will still make a big difference when temps are up that high. An RV is a difficult space to cool in direct desert sun, even with an 18,000 Btu unit.
What kind of RV or trailer do you have?
