Hey Charlie, yes the Redarc Tow Pro Liberty part # RED26CR that you referenced is the correct kit for your 2019 Chevy Tahoe. This comes with the brake controller and the correct custom install harness to install it in your 2019 Chevy Tahoe so you wouldn't need anything else to install the controller. What are you planning on towing?

I hav four different trailers I pull behind my 2018 Escalade. Two boats at about 400 lbs each. A 18 foot flatbed that I load to about 7000 lbs. and a travel trailer that weighs about 7500 lbs loaded. I’m able to adjust the Redark brake controller easily for each different trailer. It installed easily and has been trouble free. I also have one on my 2007 gmc truck

I have 2 pickups that I have installed this system on. Both a 2007 F150 and a Chevy Silverado 1500. The brake unit with the correct harness for the specific model was easy to install, directions where well informed, the operation has been excellent. I would not hesitate to purchase it again if I had a need. The brake adjustment ( gain ) works well.
