Hey Thomas!
It sounds like you need an actuator for disc brakes since yours is rated at 1,600 psi. There are lots of options to replace your electric-over-hydraulic actuator, but the Hydrastar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes # HBA16 is the best option for replacement. This actuator is setup for disc brakes just like your Dexter actuator, and all of your current fittings and brake lines will hook right up with no issues so the install will be a simple swap from the Dexter kit to this Hydrastar. This kit will give you a solid setup for the road ahead and you'll be good to go! What kind of trailer is this going on? What vehicle do you tow with?
