Question:
Trying to determine if I need to purchase a new set of Gen 2 StepAbove stairs or simply purchase the Add-A-Step after lifting a trailer. How much longer are the adjustable legs included in the Add-A-Step kit compared to the standard legs that come with the Gen 2 StepAbove stairs? How much total vertical height rise does adding this kit provide from the original bottom step to the ground?

Hey Shawn! If you have the MORryde Gen 2 StepAbove stairs, the Add-A-Step Kit # MR58MV includes adjustable legs that are approximately 8" longer than the standard Gen 2 legs. This provides significantly more adjustment to help the stairs reach the ground after a trailer lift.
MORryde does not publish a specific amount of additional vertical rise since it will vary depending on how the legs are adjusted and the terrain where the trailer is parked.
What kind of trailer are you working on?
