Welcome back! We do carry a rear tire in the size you're looking for. The closest match we have is the Westlake 215/75R17.5 Radial Trailer Tire, part # LHWL097. It has a Load Range H and a maximum inflation pressure of 123 PSI. I haven't come across a 215/75R17.5 tire that's rated for 130 PSI, although it's certainly possible there are some specialty commercial options available elsewhere.
For the front tire, we don't carry the 175/70R14 85T because that's a passenger vehicle tire rather than a trailer tire. I also wanted to mention that I think the "650 PSI" listed for the front tire may have been a typo. If you meant 50 PSI instead, that would make much more sense for a tire in that size.
Out of curiosity, what are you towing or moving with the tractor most days?
