Can The PullRite 5th Wheel Rails PUL99RR Be Installed In A Truck With A Spray In Bed Liner?

Hi Brandon!

You can absolutely install the PullRite Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 20K # PUL99RR in a bed with the spray in LineX bed liner in your 2024 F-240. The reason you can't with a removeable/slide in liner is due to them being loose in the bed, so to say, and you cannot get good torque on the mounting hardware. Spray in liners are permanent and therefore will not have the same issues.

That said, it doesn't hurt to check the torque on the hardware periodically. Liners are softer than the metal bed, so they can compress a bit over time. I haven't actually heard of this happening when someone did an install with a spray in liner, but prudency often pays off with stuff like this.

Do you already have a PullRite hitch? And what are you going to be towing?
