How Does the Curt Hitch part # 13390 Install on a 2010 Subaru Outback Wagon

Is it possible to attach this hitch from the spare tire well inside the trunk versus working under the car? Thanks.

The only way to install the Curt Hitch part # 13390 is to attach it to the rear frame rails of your 2010 Subaru Outback Wagon. See the picture I attached as well as the install video.
