Yes, as long as your 2021 Grand Design Momentum 397TH has the standard 5,200 lb to 7,000 lb triple axles, the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit with Shocks, Part # RM-2460-2560-3, is a great fit. If your Momentum was ordered with the optional 8,000 lb axles instead, you would need the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Leaf Spring Suspension Kit with Shocks, Part # RM-2470-2580-3. If you're not sure which axles you have, I'd be happy to help you confirm before you order so you don't have to worry about getting the wrong kit.
For installation, Roadmaster estimates about 6 to 8 hours of labor. The total installed cost will depend on the shop's hourly labor rate, so pricing can vary quite a bit from one location to another.
