Adjustable Ladder Rack Recommendation that Fits 2018 Nissan Frontier with Utili Track

Would this malone adapter fit on a 2018 Nissan Frontier with the factory utilitrack rails in the bed, or would it connect to the underside of the bed rails itself?

Hey Jason, so Yakima has a version of the OverHaul HD ladder rack that fits your 2018 Nissan Frontier with the utili track with the part # Y01151-5855 but it only fits if you have a tonneau cover that has channels on the bed rails for accessories which doesn't seem like what you have.
So what I recommend in stead is the Thule Xscape Adjustable Truck Bed Rack # TH34FR83BX which is a similar ladder rack that does attach to your utili track and will work really well. What are you planning on carrying on the ladder rack?
