Question:

Hi, I have a Fulton 1200lb trailer jack on my 2011 stratos 285 XL. It isnt holding up very well so I need to replace it. The Fulton f2 looks nice but it looks like the u clamp is for 3x3 or 3x4 trailers. Mine is 2x3,but the welded on mount where the current Jackie mounted is 2 5/8inch x 4. Can I still install the Fulton f2? Or will the u bolts interfere with the rotation of the jack? Another product suggestions? Thanks!

You can install the Fulton F2 Jack, # F1413040134, on your trailer, but you will need to pick up smaller u-bolts. The u-bolts included with this jack fit 3 inch x 3 inch and 3 inch x 4 inch frames. You could pick up two of the CE Smith U-Bolts, # CE15252A. These u-bolts are 3 inches long x 3-1/8 inches wide. I tested it with the Fulton F2 Jack, # F1413040134, and they fit. The shorter length and longer threads should work well with your 2 inch wide frame.
