If you keep the bumper/trunk lid of your 2011 Hyundai Genesis clean and also keep the contact points of the Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier # TH910XT clean you shouldn't experience any scratching on your vehicle.
The best solution I could provide would be for you to install a hitch and a hitch mounted bike rack as this wouldn't contact any painted surface on your vehicle. For a hitch I would recommend for your 2012 Hyundai Genesis is the Curtt hitch part # C11086.
