Hey Peter, thanks for reaching out!
The Saris CycleOn Bike Rack # SAR36XR would be my recommendation. It's rated for use behind a travel trailer. It has a 140 lb weight capacity, fits both 1-1/4" and 2" hitch receivers, and has a built in loading ramp. There's an anti-wobble system to keep the bikes stable when on the road and integrated wheels that make it easy to move and store when it's off the trailer.
