Can I add a High-Low adapter to this hitch to raise the back end so that I do not scrape when driving over speed bumps on the back end. I cm carrying two Radpower e-BIKE on the back of my 2014 Ford Fusion. I purchased this item and was thinking about whether the high-low adapter would be beneficial for me. Please advise.

Hey Eduardo, you can use a high low adapter with the Eco Hitch part # 306-X7239 that you have but you should note that it will cut the capacity of the hitch by 50 percent. How much rise do you need? We have the Roadmaster part # RM-048-8 which will give a rise of 8 inches and can be used with a bike rack.
