Will Furrion Chill HE Work With A Duct System That Doesn't Have A Standard Plenum On The Ceiling?

Will this ac unit work with a 2021 keystone Avalanche 322rl that uses the whisper quiet duct system and doesnt have a plenum on the ceiling?

Hey Steve, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, no. The Furrion Chill HE # FR82PV is not compatible with Keystone's Whisper Quiet duct system that doesn't use a traditional ceiling plenum or air distribution box. The Chill HE is designed to work with a standard ducted or non-ducted installation, and it requires a compatible Furrion air distribution box. It isn't designed to interface with Keystone's racetrack-style Whisper Quiet ducting. At this time we don't offer anything that would be compatible with your AC system. If your AC needs to be replaced, you'll need to source a direct replacement for the current unit.

What brand is the Current AC unit?

The current units are coleman mach 48254-6692 in the rear and the front is 48253-6692. I believe the front unit has gone out and without it running along side of the rear unit I don't get enough air pressure to cool on these hotter days. I do have an option for a third ac to be installed non-ducted and have ordered a furrion chill cube 18k to be put in to give me more time to find another solution for the front unit.

@Steve Ok gotcha. Good call on adding that Chill Cube into the mix for the time being. They do a really good job cooling compared to most other ACs. If you want to replace the current Coleman unit, I'd suggest reaching out directly to Coleman with those part #s. They should be able to tell you how to source a replacement.
