Question:

have 2inch adapter over a 1 1/4 inch the part that goes into hitch on car .Need bolt for a Thule Vortex 2 bicycle rack. threaded towards bolt head. thanks Tom F tried photoes .that is above my brain cells.

Definitely wasn't your fault wit the pictures, that's on us. If you're referring to the threaded hitch bolt that passes through the 2" adapter and into the rack shank, the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2 would be a confirmed fit. This includes the threaded hitch bolt, lock cylinder, keys, and hardware. It fits many older Thule hitch mounted bike racks, including the Vertex series.

What bikes do you carry on the Vertex 2?
