Hi Joana,
There is not a 2" receiver for a 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback. The only options available are all going to be 1-1/4" class I options, like etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class I - 1-1/4" # e46ZV.
You could use a hitch expander like Trailer Hitch Receiver Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Hitch - 6-1/2" Long # e43YR for your 2" accessories, but this would reduce the hitch's 200 lbs tongue capacity to about 100 lbs, because expanders will reduce both tongue weight and towing capacities by 50%. It's also important to note that a class I hitch is only recommended for carrying bikes and cargo and not for towing a trailer. If you're using a bike rack or a cargo carrier, it may be possible to change the shank on them to a 1-1/4" shank in order to carry them on your vehicle. What kind of accessory do you plan on using with this hitch? Do you know what brand and model you have?
