2 questions: 1 What are the dimensions? The dimensions in the video were smaller than whats listed on your website. 2 What diameter cables can fit through the gland seal/sealing nut? Thanks, Please see attached photo

Hey David, our dimensions listed for the Redarc Single Cable Gland # RED69VR that you referenced of 3-1/2" long x 2" wide x 2" tall are the same as what is shown in our demo video so I feel confident that this is the correct size. It can handle wire up to 10 gauge.
I checked recent updates to this product page and they just put in an update to have the dimensions match the video so I assume you called in with same info?

Yes I called this morning and was helped by Courtney B. She deserves employee of the month for physically going down to the warehouse, finding the one remaining gland in question, pulling it out of the box and physically measuring it for me. She immediately called back and I purchased two of them from her over the phone (one on backorder). That's customer service! Btw, you're correct, she measured it as 3.5" x 2" x 2" which agrees with the video and works for my specific application whereas the larger dimensions that were listed would not have. Thanks for your reply. David
