Yes, the Adarac Aluminum Series # A46UG will fit your 2022 F250 6-3/4' bed and your Leer Tri-Fold. Since the Leer cover mounts inside the bed rails, it is compatible with the Adarac rail system that mounts on top of the bed rails.

The difference between the Aluminum Series # A46UG and the Pro Series # A32BJ, both have a 500 lb capacity, aluminum construction, removable uprights and accessory mounting channels. The biggest difference is the upright design.

The Aluminum Series has a more aerodynamic look and it's great for general hauling, kayaks, ladders and recreational use. The Pro Series vhas a more commercial style upright design that gives a little more usable rack space and often the go-to for contractors who frequently haul ladders, lumber and building materials.
