Yes, the Ventline part # V2084 galvanized steel plumbing vent can be used on an Airstream as long as it matches your existing vent pipe size. This vent is designed to fit a pipe with a 1 1/2 inch outside diameter, so I would confirm that measurement before ordering.

The biggest thing with Airstreams is getting the installation sealed correctly because of the curved aluminum roof. I would not use a rubber gasket with a metal vent like this. Instead, use a thick layer of high quality non leveling butyl tape under the flange, then fasten the vent with aluminum pop rivets or stainless steel screws. After that, cover the screw heads and the edge of the flange with a quality RV lap sealant such as Dicor part # DC94SR to help create a watertight seal against the elements.
