The correct side plates depend on whether the 13K Demco 5th Wheel is a Recon manual slider or a Hijacker Autoslide.
# DM64YV is the Ford OEM puck side plate kit for the Demco Recon Manual Slide hitch. Demco lists it for the Recon manual slide hitch and Ford factory underbed mounts.
# DM6033 is the Ford OEM puck side plate kit for Demco Hijacker Autoslide hitches. Demco identify it as the replacement side plates for Autoslide models converting to the Ford puck system.
A quick way to verify:
If the hitch is a manual slider where the customer must pull a handle and reposition the hitch before backing, use # DM64YV .
If the hitch is an Autoslide that moves automatically during turns, use # DM6033 .
