Hey John. The Threaded Hitch Pin item # TH62RE is what you'll need for a Thule bike rack. The threads will match the ones in the anti rattle nut built into the bike rack's shank. It's also 4-1/2" long overall so it'll work with Toyota's wider 2" hitch receivers.
The Threaded Hitch Pin item # TH62RE is the same one included with the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device item # THSTL2.
What model bike rack do you have?
