Hi: Your website has the exact model RV fireplace Im looking for my 2021 Coachman Mirada, but it is a 31 model Greystone Elec Fireplace w/crystals, recessed mount. Can you order or do you know where I can get that same fireplace in 28 wide? 26 cutout? thank you

Hey Ken, thanks for reaching out!
I reached out to Furrion directly and they explained the 28" wide Greystone Electric Fireplace with Crystals is obsolete. I was advised the direct replacement would be the Greystone RV Curved Electric Fireplace with Logs Recessed Mount and 26" Wide # GR54FR .

Thanks for getting back to me James. The model# I have from the paperwork I received when I bought my RV is Model# F2653BCFW. If it is unavailable, I'm assuming that the model you suggested would be a seamless replacement in terms of size and voltage? Thanks again.
