How Many Roof Handles Does Inno Fishing Rod Carrier # IN66FR Need to Secure

Question:
Does the IN66FR rod carrier need 4 handles or just 2 for installation? Unfortunately my vehicle only has 3 with none at the drivers seat. Its a 2018 Cadillac XT-5.
