Ford f350, I have the demco auto slide 18k fifth wheel hitch installed in the OEM ford puck system. I need to go to the 21k hitch , can I use the replacement head and base in my existing side pieces?

Hi Mark!
You are 100% correct! The Demco Autoslide Head and Base Assembly - 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 21K # DM6107 and the 18K # DM6077 both use the exact same Demco Autoslide Side Plates - Ford Super Duty # DM6033 to make them custom fit to your 2020 F-350.
Since those plates are already on your 18k model, you will only need to upgrade to the 21k hitch # DM6107 and you are good to go.
What kind of trailer are you going to be towing? Sounds like you upgraded.
