I have a voyager wisight monitor original generation , the antenna broke, how do I replace it

I can't seem to find a way to take the old antenna off to install a new one?? Do you know that I can actually swap it out. I try to unscrew it but it rotates in the socket without unscrewing. L

My back up camera antenna came apart at its base. The replacement simply screwed back onto the top of the camera and worked perfectly.
